In what situations is it possible to modernize a non-operating drainage treatment plant?
A drainage treatment plant that has been operating for several or a dozen years no longer works properly: the infiltration system installed in the ground loses its patency, which prevents further use of the treatment plant. In such a situation, it is possible to use modern BIO EASY FLOW technology. Thanks to its use, it is possible to modernize an existing sewage treatment plant tank into a biological, odorless sewage treatment plant. Instead of an infiltration system installed in the ground, a modern system is used to infiltrate treated sewage onto an infiltration plot or into flower beds covered with shrubs and plants. The sewage is characterized by very high clarity and a complete lack of odors, and the nutrients it contains support the development of plants.

Is assembly difficult?
Installing the devices should not be a problem for a person who has basic manual skills and is able to carry out the assembly in accordance with the instructions, which describe the subsequent assembly steps step by step.
In what tank can retrofit be installed?
The tank must be tight, with an inlet diameter of at least 40 cm, made of concrete or plastic.
Where do we install the technical box?
As standard, it is mounted next to the tank, but it can be moved away from the tank by extending the electric and air cables accordingly.
Principle of operation of the sewage treatment plant after modernization:
The treatment plant operates as a sequential batch reactor, in which treatment takes place using highly effective activated sludge technology, and its operation is controlled by a microprocessor controller located in the technical box.
Phases of operation of the sewage treatment plant:
- alternating aeration,
- sedimentation,
- pumping out treated sewage.
The modernization kit consists of elements such as: a blower, diffusers, distributors, a system for collecting treated sewage, a pump and floats. The use of a pump allows you to discharge purified sewage to any place on the plot without the need to make radical changes in the development of the surroundings.
